Forensic Analysis

Repair or Replace? Get the Real Story

While structural analysis is the bedrock of any restoration, forensic analysis can play a major role in reducing your project’s cost. At its best, forensic analysis can determine what needs total replacement and what can be restored. But often these recommendations come from less qualified consultants based on superficial assessments, resulting in more sweeping replacements than you actually need.

As forensic experts we take a different approach, drilling down into the details to give you the most accurate evaluation possible, saving you more. Whether it’s a partially-burned building or water infiltration in the basement, we take the time to do it right. Do you really need to replace that entire beam-bay of floor joists? Is the whole HVAC or electrical system really destroyed?

Inch by inch, detail by detail, we examine and analyze everything, spelling out specifically what you do and don’t need to do to get the structure back to normal. Often, this meticulous report is the only blueprint you’ll need. As with everything else, it’s the details that make all the difference.
