Engineering

If architecture is the creative face of restoration, then engineering is its technical backbone. At Vivid we have a multidisciplinary array of experienced, licensed, and certified engineers, who share their insights on every project as needed.

Forensic Analysis

As an early determiner of what can be restored and what needs total replacement, forensic analysis can play a major role in reducing your project’s cost. Detail by detail, we spell out specifically what you do and don’t need to do to get the structure back to normal.

Life Safety

Is there anything more crucial to a building’s design than ensuring the occupants’ safety and ability to get out in an emergency? Our drawings include an exhaustive life safety review and a complete plan, so there’s nothing to question, nothing to delay approvals. And nothing to get in the way of a safe and secure occupancy. Interior Design

When it comes to interior restoration, what is actually practical in terms of the client’s budget and the space itself? Many architects just leave the details up to the individual contractors. We take a holistic approach, so that everything works perfectly together. Then we include the specific products in our drawings, so they can actually be bid out.
